Mark I Electronics Limited Warranty - Sales

The items you purchase from this website is warranted against defect for 1 year from date of purchase from Mark I Electronics. Within this period, we will repair it without charge for parts and labor. Warranty does not cover transportation costs. Nor does it cover a product subject to misuse or accidental damage. Mark I Electronics is not responsible for damage to external equipment. Specifications and design are subject to changes without notification for improvements.

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, MARK I ELECTRONICS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Policies on Returned Merchandise

    How to Return Items 

        Returning items to Mark I Electronics: Items should be returned and shipped to

                    MARK I ELECTRONICS - 6115 W. Addison, Chicago, IL 60634

Returning items by mail 
Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.

Please include a letter or memo with your return and indicate return reason. We recommend items be returned via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery. We also recommend re-using the original shipping carton and packing materials.

You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be responsible for all reasonable and customary freight charges (relevant to that item) if product is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was ordered by you in error. We will not assume any responsibilities on shipping or handling if the error was cause by you and not Mark I Electronics or its warehouse. The full amount of the cost of the item however, will be refunded to you. The refund, will come in the form of a check, after we received the item and have inspected its condition.

Mark I Electronics Limited Warranty - Repairs

Items that are sent to us for repairs comes with a 30 day warranty sticker. Under no circumstances should this sticker be removed or the warranty is voided.  Warranty does not cover transportation costs. Nor does it cover a product subject to misuse or accidental damage. Mark I Electronics is not responsible for damage to external equipment.

REFUNDS FOR SERVICE RENDERED

All services provided by Mark I Electronics, its website, repairs and advertisement services are all final sales.

We will only refund services if the mentioned service has not been performed on your equipment, ad service or home installation.
